Personalized Nutrition Plans
Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals, focusing on whole foods, balanced eating, and mindful habits. We'll look at any symptoms you're having and strategize a plan to eliminate and then eventually reincorporate foods your body may be sentitive to.
One-on-One Coaching
Get the guidance and support you need to make lasting changes. With my ongoing coaching, you’ll have the accountability to stay on track and reach your goals. I'll structure a package that is customized to your needs and goals. Every client gets an individualized approach.
Classroom Coaching
We’ll explore nutrition, mindset, self-care practices, and stress management to build a strong foundation for overall well-being. In a two-hour classroom format, we'll discuss what's happening in the food industry, the danger of dyes & artificial additives, sustainable alternatives, and feeding growing (and picky!) children, one of the biggest challenges many parents face.
Lifestyle Adjustments
Small, sustainable changes that fit into your busy life, helping you maintain your health goals long-term. Exercise, cooking, personal relationships, stress management, and time outdoors all contribute to your whole body health. While diet is important, there are other factors to consider when planning your journey toward the best version of you.
